We appreciate at least 24-hours notice for cancellations so that we may have an opportunity to fill the slot and accommodate other clients looking to reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If the appointment can be rescheduled it will not be subject to a fee, but if the rescheduled appointment is subsequently cancelled the fee will apply.

 

 Appointments cancelled within one-hour of the scheduled appointment time or failure to cancel (i.e. "no-show"), will be charged the full amount of the session fee with no exceptions.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email your speech therapist directly.
